you can about your asthma and try to make it better.
Other things you can do to help with your asthma:
~Know what triggers your asthma and do whatever you can
to avoid these things.
~If you smoke, quit immediatly.
~Some over the counter medications can make your asthma
attacks worse so be careful with the medications your
taking.
~Listen to your docter and follow the instructions he
or she gives you.
~Follow the instructions on your prescription medicine
bottles to make sure you are taking the right amount.
~If the medicine doesn't seem to be working don't take
more, notify your docter.
